Protection and rehabilitation of wood and bush plot, containing endemic and Red Book species by limitation of grazing and introduction of alternative source of energy for water heating and cooking into shepherd families` way of life located into deciduous bushes belt of the range named after Academician Adyshev.
The wood and bush plot are needed to be restored and the project by NGO "Econem" is devoted to preserve and rehabilitate it. The unlimited and irrational grazing has caused various ecological damages. The activities that are taken by "Econem" are:
1.Conducting seminars.
2.Limitation of pasture by creation fence and organizing reserve.
3.Organizing community based patrol.
4.Introduction alternative using solar energy equipments.
5.Information campaign.

A proper use of pumps will require mastering of new knowledge and skills.
Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
Introduction of solar pumps will allow reducing a direct emission of greenhouse gas into atmosphere due to substitution of diesel pumps for solar ones. It will be emphasized, that the actions under the project will result not only in the improvement of water supply in the villages, but also that the solar pumps will reduce methane emission, that will be the direct contribution of the local inhabitants to the mitigation of consequences of climate changes.
