The scope of the project is to rehabilitate the traditional hunting with birds and protect the bird enlisted in the red book of Kyrgyzstan. The traditional hunting is not widely spread nowadays that is why the NGO members decided to Organizing Association of hunting birds fancier of Ton rayon. Also organizing community patrols, create a center ?House Museum?. To have a systematic approach project staff decided to make an inventory and organize ecotourism.
