This project is a complementary part of the BRA/03/12 project, which supported assessment of lessons learned by the projects supported by the programme by means of grants for graduate students with relevant projects. Dissemination of results and publications are also planned.
Studies supported by the project generate invaluable reports about the Small Grants Programme can bridge the gaps among projects supported throughout the program?s existence, in addition to promoting and strengthening involvement between researchers and communities.

Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
Successful experiences in terms of sustainable livelihoods in the Cerrado will be recorded and disseminated for other project proposals, thus avoiding repetition of failed activities.
Notable Community Participation
Successful results in this project which go beyond evaluation, generating new proposals for projects and public policy, depend entirely on participation by community members, who should be in direct contact with the researchers, showing positive and negative impacts of the implemented projects.
