Renaturalisation and protection of "BagnoWizna"
Develop a detailed specification for the renaturalisation and comprehensive protection of the peatbog called "Bagno Wizna" as a sanctuary for endangered rare bird species, which is eventually to lead to the expansion of the Biebrzanski National Park to include some 3000 ha more, carry out a survey of nests and sites of endangered bird species with local community participation

Policy Influence
Creation of good team of experts, interdisciplinary body, to be effectively used in future. It was the first attempt, very succesfull, , with long-term results (see PTOP projects in next years, also preparation for MSP GEF Upper Narew) of good organisational work organised by NGO, bringing together scientists, researchers with field experience and naturalists and volunteers.
