The project will focus on training communities on Gully rehabilitation and control, generate contours on 400 farmlands, develop stone lines and trash lines, setting up of tree nurseries to raise seedlings, tree planting and setting apart 10 acres for natural re-generation, set up catchments committees with all the affected communities for gully management and planting high value plants like Aloe vera, Sisal, Artemisia for alternative use of the eroded land.
