This project is implemented through 2 NGOs. The project aims at establishing a nursery with 50,000 Neem seedlings, planting 10 acres in Maadi and on the streets of certain areas in old Cairo. But, after the project has started, scientific ideas were raised concerning the negative sides of the Neem plants, thus another plant from the Egyptian nature was suggested to be used. First NGO has faced administrative problems that hindered it from completing the project activities, but currently they have proposed to continue their part. As for the second NGO it has completed its part of the project, by establishing a garden in Old Cairo and has worked in raising the public awareness of the community.
