Cultivation of Pysic Nut to Produce Bio-diesel to Mitigate the threat to climate change in Ghana
The project supported 2,000 rural farmers in the coastal savannah and transitional zones of Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana to cultivate 1,600 hectares of pysic nut fruit to assist the production of biodiesel oil. The project also supported the establishmnet of a medium scale industrial plant for processing of physic nut into bio-fuel.
