Introduction of solar collectors through reducing cost of electric power and organization of souvenir shop in village Arkyt for ecotourists.
The Arkyt jamaat have outlined two basic ways to preserve the environment of the area of village Arkyt which are introduction of solar collectors and development of ecotourism. The solar collectors will reduce the antropogenic pressure on the damages environment of this area and the ecotourism will help to improve the economic situation of local people. Also ecotourism is an alternative method of making a living for this people. In the course of the project people are going to be educated about solar collectors, people are going to plant saplings to help to avoid degradation and are going to organize a souvenir shop to attract ecotourists.

The global environment is going to be promoted by information campaign and also by various round tables and seminars which are going to increase the awareness of local people about global environmental issues.
Notable Community Participation
The local community is going to particpate in reducing the antropogenic pressure by reducing the trees and bushes that are being cut. Also plant saplings and organize nurseries.
