This project is an innovative proposal. since it is a conservation project with a base of productive operations. The four specific objectives refer to: conservation, interchange and enrichment of agrobiodiversity; recuperation of soils, planting of perennial species of plants; training and use of the Agave fiber to create crafts; and finally environmental education.

Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
-180 adolescents and youth took part in classes to raise environmental awareness
-2000 bulletins were handed out to the community for environmental education
Gender Focus
-The women of the community have a program to sell artesania from the agave fiber. They will be the sole beneficiaries of the sales of these products.
