The organizations of the Municipality of Palmira, especially the communities of the Atapo zone, have organized themselves to solce the social and economic problem they face. They want to bring in income without exploiting their natural resources. The goal is to conserve the biodiversity, prevent degredation of soils and improve the livelihoods of community members.
