2 different community groups (elderly women's group and young women's group) participated in capacity building element of the planning grant (trainings, workshops, and seminars) to further build their understanding of sustainable land management.
Gender Focus
The Ngara Ekil Traditional Women's group (proponent) are a gender-based women group of Ngardmau State. They are also utilizing the ski;ls of their young women as project managers and coordinators for the project.
