Kknowledge management will be done by report for stakeholders, interested administrations and other persons. For a wider spreading of achievements, summarizing signs will be put up in the communities, e.g. explaining how to separate waste ? Posters on the organisations' offices and other possible places to show achievements (when possible in visual ways) to the communities and visitors; ? Transferring reports to the District Council and concerned governmental administrations; ? Information session for the headmen; ? Best practice project to replicate in other communities when successful; ? Potential transmission on radio stations; ? Information on communities' websites. The three main target groups for the communication of results are: 1. The local communities themselves to motivate them for continuous work for the project, as they can see the direct impacts on the communities: This will be achieved in principal by the information boards in the communities and the radio transmission, as well as the information sessions for the headmen; 2. The local administrations (e.g. District Council) to have informations about best practice projects which could be replicated in other areas: They will mainly get the information through the reports which will be transferred to them; 3. And other communities, so they can get inspired by the achievements made: The means for this is the radio transmission and reports, which will be made available on request. Additionally, visits to the projects by other headmen are another option. Another indirect target group for the communication of results are the visitors. By putting the information about the project and its achievements on the websites, visitors, national as well as international, hopefully will get more incentive to support the communities' efforts, by visiting them and get to know the whole story personally from the community

The entire project proposal has been created by the stakeholders themselves, with technical and structural assistance from WAPFoR. The activities and expected results presented in this project are considered feasible by the communities. The representatives of the Responsible Community Tourism Organisation meet regularly to discuss issues of their particular communities, as well as community-wide problems. For all of them, waste management and increasing visibility are two main objectives. The communities will be responsible for activities, such as identification of, getting the authorizations for and digging of the dumping sites, developing new tourism products and creating of the budget. A WAPFoR intern will, as an external person to the communities, assist them from the point of view as a visitor. The implementation will be mainly in the communities hands. Some training workshops will be held by external experts, and recommendations and some assistance will be given by the WAPFoR intern directly to the communities. Several communities have very efficient and open monitoring processes, with weekly organised meetings for all stakeholders. These structures will be maintained and strengthened. The quarterly progress report will be prepared by the stakeholders. The WAPFoR project will assist in the monitoring process, first through it's intern (until July 2013) and then through regular project visits, as they are done at present already. Evaluation also will be done by the stakeholders. An intermediary report will be written after the first year, and a final comprehensive report after two years.

The organisation was created without any external funds, and several projects, such as River Number 2 Resort, the Bureh Surf Club or Lakka Lomtible Beach Resort are working well with it's incomes out of ecotourism. Sometimes, an external input can increase the projects value, e.g. the solar power in River Number 2, gueset houses in Lakka or the surf club building in Bureh, funded by Welthungerhilfe. Before the project, the communities have been planning a long time to ensure a later ownership of the activities. Needs of the population have been assessed and are seriously taken into account when planning new projects. During the project, capacity development is a main focus and all activities are only, when possible, accompanied by external experts, so that most of the work is done by the communities' members themselves. The member then can replicate their knowledge to other community members or to communities which have not been part of some activities or which have joined the organisation later. With the planned more income, through increased tourism and recycling activities, the few more expenditures should be possible by the communities themselves. River Number 2 is one important best practice project, where the daily expenditures and occasional extra costs are burdened by the Number 2 River Development Association for almost two decades now. The waste management system will also be supported by contributions of the communities taking part, and the resorts, bars restaurants and private houses wanting to participate.

Women are already integrated with their petty businesses (tailoring, cooking etc.) in the resorts' activities. Through increased tourism activity, it's mainly them who will benefit. Regarding the waste management system in particular, women will be mostly affected by the improvements in hygiene and health situation, as they are constantly in contact with water and waste during their work at home. They will therefore be the most direct beneficiaries of the improved situation. Additionally, the organisation is constantly doing efforts to bring more women in their decisional committees and so strengthen their participation in activities and administrative bodies.
