The Organization will generate and share lessons learned and experienced gained during project implementation with all stakeholders, funding and strategic partners. The organization will introduce community peer review of implementation of the project results to help track progress by the different affiliated entities implementing the project on behalf of the umbrella group.

The communities have already shown willingness in providing community land for cultivation purposes and the establishment of tree nursery site. Self labour has been part of the core value of the organization through which it has successfully operated with its affiliate entities. Both men and women fully participate in labour without unbalance even though there are specific roles like brushing performed by men and weeding by women. Besides, the different farmer based organizations whose members are part of the parent body make payment of registration fee on regular basis. They take part in discussions to plan and implement for the group

The members will be exposed to numeracy training on book keeping for petty trading and village loan scheme scheme. This will offer an alternative livelihood to farming and animal husbandry.

The organization has a long history of replicating initiatives funded through project grant mobilization. It closely works with all its affiliated entities to encourage field visit and forum for exchange of ideas and best practices. The successes the organization has gain was built on the principle of providing capacity support for its membership which is mostly driven by technology transfer initiatives to farmers. Best practices will be documented for replication.
