The CBO comprises of different youth farmer based organizations whose members belong to the parent body. Through the payment of registration fee and regular meetings, they discuss, plan and take the necessary steps to support the group and for project implementation. Therefore before developing this proposal an emergency meeting was called to discuss the call for proposal and how to develop the concept which focal areas to focus on within the various communities especially in relation to their current challenge

The Mabohanday Development Organization will use its best effort to generate and share knowledge. Lessons learned and experienced gained in the project will be gathered and shared with all stakeholders, funding and strategic partners. The organization have a long history in terms of replicating initiative funded through project grant mobilization of it members. Therefore it closely works with all its affiliated entities to encourage field visit and forum for exchange of ideas and best practices. The lot of successes the organization has gain was built on the principle of providing capacity support for its membership which is mostly driven by technology transfer initiatives which farmers organization can evaluate to come up with clear measurement of the level of benefits gain if it is to be replicated

The development organization will introduce community peer review of implementation of the project deliverables to help track progress by the different affiliated entities implementing the project on behalf of the umbrella group that provides more of supervision role in the implementation. The result will be review in the presence of other key players from government, private sector and non-governmental organizations to be able to create synergies and build on previous successes

The issues of accountability and transparency in the disbursement of funds are fully handled by trained and qualify staff. Mostly there will be a monitoring plan developed by the umbrella group for easy measurement of set deliverable as against the identified indicators for success.
