The project will be carried out in two phases: 1) The first phase of a year will consist in strengthening the technical and productive capacities of the existing livestock unit in order to give it the character and dimension of a center for the promotion of livestock. small breeding as planned. During this phase, the sheep and goat cropping system will be prepared and set up in the target village communities. 2) The second phase of a year will consist of the normal execution of the sharecropping program during which 30 households identified in 4 communities bordering the PNOK will be the first to receive the sharecropping kits composed of one male and six females according to the chosen species. In addition, it should be noted that at the same time, there will be continuous community monitoring, an elephant clearing for the development of an ecotourism product.
