Sustainable Agroecosystem as an aid to Development in Fenesu Farmers Association.
The main goal for this project is to implement improved land and agro-ecosystem management practices, which will benefit land users by dissuading the community from engaging in practices that lead to land degradation and loss of natural resources. This will be achieved by creating alternative job opportunities for people within the community. We engage in the training and orientation of 112 men and 160women between 35 to 50 years and 187youths between 18 to 35 years on how to practice sustainable farming through sustainable development programs. We have contracted farmers in place and produced We have already acquired 184 acres of land with other resources put in place and a sizeable number of people have benefitted from this organization. However, we have processing constraints due to the lack of processing facilities and storage facilities to complete the production process which will enhance the continual progress of this organization.
