The Project is being carried out in the Ingolo 2 ICCA, in the Zanaga sub-prefecture, an integral part of the Léconi Batékés Léfini Landscape. It is a poaching hotspot. The inhabitants of the locality are only Indigenous Peoples. As part of poverty reduction and pressure on biodiversity; the following activities are developed, namely: * Identifying the traditional territory of the ten families of indigenous population; * Develop income-generating activities compatible with the conservation of biodiversity. * Develop pig production and sharecropping. Results await: Food security by reducing the hunting effort by reducing the bushmeat trade. The increase in agricultural yields and pickings. Pig production and sharecropping, as a new income-generating activity. The project mobilizes around thirty households divided into men, women and young people. The most important challenge of the project is to obtain an official text, recognizing the existence of this ICCA, as well as the establishment of a system for the sustainable management of its natural resources.

Project Characteristics and Results
Policy Influence
Notable Community Participation
Before the project, young people lived mainly from poaching. As part of the Project, new opportunities have been offered in the development of sectors of income-generating activities compatible with the conservation of biodiversity.
