The project is titled ?Improving Community Livelihoods and Climate Change Resilience through Climate Smart Agriculture and Post-harvest Management?. This Project aims to contribute to sustainable improvement in the general welfare and livelihood of the targeted farming groups by raising their income level and at the same time increase food security in Sierra Leone through climate smart agricultural practices. The project focusses on supporting low land farming practice through participatory means in collaboration with the MAFFS extension officers. Beneficiary groups will be supported in the development of IVS for growing rice, vegetables and fish farming in Hajama, Pendembu Njeibla and Pendembuwolo communities in Njaluahun Chiefdom.
