Mayoho Women Development Group is a registered women organization in kabomboh, kamakwie karene District, that carries out agricultural, educational, small business enterprise and food & nutrition project. Mayoho Women play a central role in the district?s agriculture. As farmers, livestock owners, fish mongers, workers and entrepreneurs in the district, we consistently experience limited access to productive resources, compared to our male counter parts. Achieving the agriculture transformational change that women craves; one that can sustain the district?s urgent food demands and the changing agriculture and socio-economic landscape, will require clear understanding of the gender-gap blocking issues in the sector. women ownership of land, livestock, management, use of financial services, access to education, knowledge & skills and labour activities has been a critical challenge as Women tend to be disadvantaged in regard to all these dimensions.

b ) Specific Objectives:
1. To promote planting of two acres of maize and beans in two villages
2. Irrigation of Kamasaykray water stream ponds sites in the village for vegetable prodction
3. Promote income generation through young and reproductive goats and sheep animal husbandary
4.Promote fFood processing through purchase and installlation of machines and equipment such as milling machines, cassava crater machine, seed/rice drying equipment, milk cooling ice cube containers and packaging product for land conservation.
5.Promote vaccinated against COVID 19.
