c) provide a forum to identify environmental issues, educate school groups and the general public on the natural environment and key issues that impact on its conservation in order to promote a citizenry committed to and able to engage in sustainable development in Trinidad and Tobago
d) collate, store and disseminate information on the environment through the establishment and operation of an information storage and retrieval system
e) identify, design and implement income-generating and research projects of COPE and its member organisations
