Proposal for Development of a Comprehensive Strategic Plan for Sea Turtle Conservation in Tobago based on Public Consultation and Participation (TRI/01/14)
The planning grant will be used to conduct stakeholder consultations and assessments of the resources available to inform a strategic plan for comprehensive, community-driven sea turtle conservation in Tobago.
This strategic plan will provide the framework for the extraction of specific project elements for focused development and funding and for development of annual work plans and budgets for the organisation.
SOS is committed to community-driven conservation through participation of stakeholders in planning, development, and implementation of programmes. This project aims to involve the wider stakeholders in an intensive planning exercise to develop a strategic vision and identify priority programmes for the organisation.
